Our stylishly furnished and carefully equipped apartment Flores is located at a very central old town location only a few steps away from the beautiful garden square Principe Real. This is a very favourable location of Lisbon. Príncipe Real is filled with trendy restaurants, grand mansions, tiny antique shops, Moorish kiosks, and miniature gardens. This boho-chic neighborhood is located between one of the best viewing platforms in the city, the Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara, and the charming neighborhood of São Bento, and it is known for its vibrant LGBT scene, sophisticated shopping areas and vintage art galleries where you can inhale the artistic spirit of Lisbon.

We can recommend you for shopping the Chiado quarter and Lisbon's antique shopping street Rua Dom Pedro V, located within 5-10 min. walking distance from the apartment. Most of the sights are within walking distance, the touristic part of Bairro Alto quarter with its beautiful Fado houses and nightlife, the Chiado square and the Rossio square. Around the apartment, you have grocery stores, a supermarket, and many trendy cafes and restaurants.

The completely renovated Flores apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a restored 19th century old building. The apartment consists of a big bedroom on the living room level and a 2nd open sleeping area on the upper floor. This area is limited in the height. Furthermore a living and dining-room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a beautiful bathroom with a natural stone floor shower. All rooms having fine polished wooden floors.

Please notice that this apartment is not suitable for families with little children or toddlers because of the steep stairs that lead to the upper bedroom. Also, we do not recommend elderlies or people with limited mobility to book this apartment, because of the building stairs features, and the reduced height of the upstairs bedroom that does not allow an adult to stand in the room.

Upon arrival you'll receive the apartment keys from Mr. Mario. Your contact person Mario meets you at the apartment and show you the apartment.

To get your discount you have to introduce the promo code before completing the payment.


One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 40.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm.

Early check-in (11am to 3pm): on request we can receive you before 3pm, as soon as the apartment is available. You can drop your luggage and get the keys, and the staff will finish the cleaning until 3pm.

Late check-in: after 10 pm, we can still arrange the check-in for an extra fee of 25€ to be paid on arrival.

The check-out time is until 11 a.m.

For longer stays and on request we can provide an apartment cleaning and new tools and bed-linen for the price of 35.00 EUR.

As of January 1st 2016 a tourist tax charged by Lisbon City Council becomes payable upon arrival. It is 2.00 EUR per person (over the age of 13) per night, up to a maximum of 14.00 EUR.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 15 days before scheduled arrival.

50% refund for cancellations 15 to 7 days before scheduled arrival.

No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before scheduled arrival.
