This charming apartment is located on a ground floor and was totally renewed, thoughtfully designed and equipped in April 2016.

In the decoration, we have restored local materials and details like the typical blue-and-white Portuguese tiles from the 20s that cover the kitchen wall, the Lioz stone (which is made of fossils and can be found at many historic monuments in Lisbon), in the kitchen and bathroom. A romantic bedroom with a double bed, and a restored a nice living room with integrated kitchen and a modern bathroom with a spacious rainforest shower and a restored antique sink in Lioz stone. And we have mixed antique pieces with the work of the contemporary Portuguese artist Paulo Arraiano (http://www.pauloarraiano.com/).

If you decide to book this beautiful apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of Alfama, probably the most famous quarter of the city. Due to its middle-aged streets, it is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We invite you to discover the city on foot from the apartment. Just follow the small lane in direction to the Tagus River and enjoy getting lost between the ancient buildings of this traditional neighborhood. You will find wonderful little hidden squares, typical restaurants and cafés, small shops and gorgeous white churches. If you follow the tram tracks to both directions you will get to some of the most beautiful viewing points of Lisbon within just a few walking minutes.

We recommend you to visit Campo de Santa Clara where the popular flea market Feira da Ladra takes place twice a week around the beautiful Santa Engracia church and where you can enjoy a coffee with a wonderful view at the kiosk in the little park. To discover the other old town quarters of Lisbon just take an adventurous uphill and downhill ride with the famous tram E28. The next tram stop is located only a few meters from your door. The metro and train station Santa Apolonia is also easy reachable on foot within minutes.

To get your discount you have to introduce the promo code before completing the payment.


One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 40.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm.

Early check-in (11am to 3pm): on request we can receive you before 3pm, as soon as the apartment is available. You can drop your luggage and get the keys, and the staff will finish the cleaning until 3pm.

Late check-in: after 10 pm, we can still arrange the check-in for an extra fee of 25€ to be paid on arrival.

The check-out time is until 11 a.m.

For longer stays and on request we can provide an apartment cleaning and new tools and bed-linen for the price of 35.00 EUR.

As of January 1st 2016 a tourist tax charged by Lisbon City Council becomes payable upon arrival. It is 2.00 EUR per person (over the age of 13) per night, up to a maximum of 14.00 EUR.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 15 days before scheduled arrival.

50% refund for cancellations 15 to 7 days before scheduled arrival.

No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before scheduled arrival.
